- it was its density and elegant sweet palette that made it so. I like
to enjoy a nice 20 Year Madeira or Muscatel Roxo once in awhile and
this wine felt a bit of this type of maturity. Definitely one I will

2007 ROSÉ "Good job on the new Rosé. I liked the nose, which seemed to
have the subtle spice notes that come from oak aging in old world-style
reds. I think it’s my favorite after the unoaked chardonnay and I plan
to pick up a bottle next time I visit – it should be great with spicy
